On-Demand classes included Strength & Agility, Yoga Shred, Power Yoga and Athletic Recovery Yoga. Yoga is a huge benefit to catchers! This hip mobility, core control and body awareness.
🔹Private Facebook Group🔹
All members receive access to a private Facebook group. Coach Chris will be posting discussion questions throughout the week. Members are also encouraged to post video clips of themselves working through their catching homework and training classes for accountability and respond to Catching Mentality Questions posted by Coach Chris throughout the week.
